艾尤尔·亥热提，维吾尔族，中共党员，副教授，博士研究生学历，生态学专业，硕士研究生导师、以第一作者或独立通讯作者发表学术论文10余篇。主持了1项国家自然科学基金研究项目-青年项目，2项省部级及其他科研项目。

主要从事植物生态学，生物多样性，森林群落生态学及群落构建机制，树木年轮学方面的教学和科研工作。
